Foresthill Fire Protection is always accepting applications for qualified individuals to join our ranks in various different positions. Below are the positions that can be available at different times as well as the minimum/desired qualifications for employment with our agency.

Fire Captain ALS and BLS



Volunteer Firefighter

Additionally, there are a variety of volunteer community support positions available. If you feel like you have a skill set that would benefit the fire district contact the district administration office to inquire about possible opportunities.


  • FF1 Academy/ SFM FF1 Certificate

  • EMT Basic/EMT Paramedic

  • California Driver's License

If you meet some or most of these qualifications and have a desire to serve the Community of Foresthill please complete the employment application provided below. Applications can be submitted in person at the district office, mailed, or faxed. Please include copies of any certifications you would like to be considered for possible employment with the fire district. All applications will be reviewed for matches with current openings.
